The Advance property is located approximately 50 kilometers west of Montreal. The property is easily accessible, located close to power, roads, and railways and is close to St. Joseph where all facilities essential for large scale production are close at hand allowing for a low cost operation.
The Advance property is the host of the Advance REE deposit which has a resource estimate of 3,500000 (3.5 million tons) of 0.31% NB2O5, 0.22% NB%, 0.39% rare earth oxides. The calculation of the grade and tonnage of the deposit are based on the results of nine diamond drill holes completed in 1954.
