The Brompton Lake property is comprised of twelve contiguous mineral claims covering approximately 671.59 hectares located in the Brompton Township and lies approximately eleven kilometers north of the town of Sherbrook.  Previous and recent mineral exploration on the property has outlined a favorable geological environment for nickel, copper, zinc, cobalt, gold and silver-bearing type of deposits. Three potentially mineralized target areas were located on the property:

  • Brompton Copper Deposit (north & south zone) with reserves estimated by SOQUEM as 461,887 metric tons averaging 1.84% Cu, distributed as follows: north zone: 371,187 t at 1.95% Cu; and south zone: 90,700t at 1.4% Cu. The deposit is open along strike and at depth.
  • Brompton Copper Extension (no estimated reserves).
  • Little Lake Brompton Prospect with drill hole intersections. The grade level of the mineralization was as high as 11.80% Cu, 0.39% Ni and 0.6 g/t gold over 1.8 m.
